First you must have required tools:

IE
At least one account tied the game secondary to the main account and it may have 10 neighbors to send all the presents.

Step By Step: (1) Open Internet Explorer.
(2) Login Facebook with your Secondary Account.
(3) Copy This Link, And paste 10x to your browser. [ http://apps.facebook.com/barnbuddy/send_gift.php ]
(4) Choose a gifts to send to your Main Account,
(4a) A popup window will appear
(4b) Select a target
(4c) Choose your Main Account.
(5) Repeat the step as many times as you need.
(6) When you finished sending the gifts, enter your Main Account and accept all of
the gift.
(7) You will find all the gifts that you sent from the Secondary Account.

WARNING: Select only your dummy neighbors which is owned by yourself. Do not trust anybody other than yourself. Many has been banned, because they sent requests to random neighbors, and then were reported to Editor by those jealous neighbors.
